O Lugares por BH \u00e9 um evento que resgata a hist\u00f3ria dos tradicionais bares e restaurantes da cidade, revelando para os moradores e turistas experi\u00eancias que s\u00f3 viver\u00e3o em Belo Horizonte.<\/p>\n

Faremos um levantamento dos estabelecimentos culin\u00e1rios pitorescos da capital, dos pratos peculiares e contaremos a hist\u00f3ria dos lugares atrav\u00e9s de v\u00eddeos e do mapa que ser\u00e3o lan\u00e7ados no evento online, dia 14 de setembro, no canal do youtube do Lugares Viagens.<\/p>\n

Resgataremos a hist\u00f3ria de 13 estabelecimentos que comp\u00f5em a cultura gastron\u00f4mica de Belo Horizonte em 13 mini document\u00e1rios, com v\u00eddeos que ser\u00e3o gravados previamente e lan\u00e7ados no evento.<\/p>\n

S\u00e3o estabelecimentos passados de pai para filho, carregados de mem\u00f3ria afetiva, que guardam sabores, temperos e aromas. E reafirma os t\u00edtulos de BH, de capital dos bares e de cidade criativa da gastronomia, pela Unesco.<\/p>\n

Vamos valorizar e divulgar a velha guarda da culin\u00e1ria belo-horizontina, catalogando bares e restaurantes que tem mais de 50 anos de funcionamento e que comp\u00f5em a identidade da cidade.<\/p>\n
